Shelbeck Excavating LLC was started in 1997 by Isaac Shelley, owner and president. Isaac graduated from Fluvanna County High School in 1993 and started the business after returning home from his service with the Marine Reserves. What started as a small business, mainly installing residential septic systems and private roadwork has evolved into a dynamic and full fledge commercial site contractor, providing site development, road construction, water and sewer mains, as well as estate projects for surrounding contractors and land owners.

is to do a job well and efficiently.
